Top posts of 2010 -- and thank you to readers

For anyone who missed out on the fun, here are my top posts of 2010. It's actually a nice mix of topics.

And thank you to all readers out there -- from the stats, it's no longer just my mom and grandmother.  It's been a wild year.  From the NYT to Colbert, tricking a publisher into thinking that a caveman could write a book, the NYC Barefoot Run, and so many fun adventures.  It's been life-changing, and I couldn't have done it without a lot of help from others: Melissa McEwen at HuntGatherLove, so many awesome people in Eating Paleo in NYC and Barefoot Runners NYC, my sister Maggie, Erwan Le Corre, many more.  Here's to a great 2010 and an even better 2011.  Salud!
